On behalf of Chief Scott Wood, and the members of Ellicott City Volunteer Fire Department, we regret to to announce the passing of Life member, Mr. Frank Hutchinson of the Ellicott City VFD. Mr. Hutchinson passed away on New Years day. He joined Ellicott City VFD in 1974.
