Yesterday, career and volunteer firefighters from the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services Station 2 in Ellicott City recovered the post from the Ellicott City clock that was washed away in the May 27 flash flood. Several weeks ago, other portions of the clock and its face were recovered.
