The Ellicott City Volunteer Fireman's Association is always looking for prospective members. If you have ever had an interest in serving your community as a firefighter or EMT, we encourage you to stop in and submit an application.
Membership Requirement:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Complete Department Required Physical
• Attend Bi-Monthly Department Meetings held every other Wednesday Night at 1930 hours.
• Participate in Department Training held alternate Wednesday Nights at 1900 hours.
• Have or acquire formal training in either Firefighter I or EMT-B.
• Stand-by for a weekly minimum 4-6 hour duty crew.
• Conduct Public Education Birthday Fundraisers as assigned.
• Participate in annual open house.
• Complete membership probationary period and requirements.
