Volunteers staffed Rehab 1 yesterday for a House Fire: 14000 block of Howard Rd in Dayton. Crews arrived with thick black smoke showing and confirmed an active basement fire. The lone occupant of the residence evacuated safely before our arrival. Fire crews are currently working to get the fire under control. Primary searches confirm there are no other occupants in the home.
