Car seat installations and check ups are supported by Safe Kids Howard County, sponsored by the Howard County Department of Fire Rescue Services. For more information visit their webpage or contact them at safekids@howardcountymd.gov.
Car Seat Disposal
If they're old or ruined, please remove all fabric, padding and straps and take them to the Alpha Ridge Landfill Residents' Convenience Center Rigid Plastics area for recycling.
Target has a periodic trade-in program for used car seats. Visit their website for more details.
